Eschborn Dialogue
Setting the scene for development-policy issues
Every year since 1998, GIZ has played host to some 400 experts from the realms of politics, industry, the academic community and civil society at the two-day Eschborn Dialogue. The aim is to discuss topical aspects of international cooperation. The Dialogue is known for its exciting subjects, high-ranking guests and innovative event formats. Besides getting to grips with the respective topic, the event’s design, implementation and evaluation all call for excellent organisation and precise coordination amongst all participants.
The course of the project and services provided
AgenZ is responsible for every aspect of the preparation and organisation of the two-day event, from identifying the topics through designing the programme of events to overall management. This includes planning and then steering the event as it unfolds, issuing invitations, briefing speakers, facilitators and guests and providing back-up services, as well as planning and implementing the technical issues. The programme of side events, the evening event and the catering too are managed by AgenZ.
